呂錦美，現任泰美投資股份有限公司董事長、台灣創新經營管理研究協會理事長。

作爲優秀女性代表，她積極參與國内外女企業家組織活動，関注女性在社會發展中的地位與未來。她是前FCEM（世界女企業家協會）副主席、中華民國工商婦女企業管理協會第14、15屆總會長、中華民囯婦女協會理事。曾於2014年9月作爲世界籌備委員會主席協辦女企業家協會第62屆國際年會，並榮獲外交部2015年“外交之友貢獻獎”。

她是國際扶輪3480地區2015-16年度總監。長期投入公益事業，以“超我服務”為人生信條，踐行“行善天下、改善世界”。

May Lu is President of Taimay Investment Co., Ltd. in​ Taiwan 

As a female leader, she actively participates in activities of the female entrepreneurs associations nationwide and worldwide and cares about the role of women and their future in society. Director of Women’s Federation for World ​Peace-Taiwan, R.O.C., and Vice President of National Council of Women, Taiwan. She was Chairwoman of International Planning Committee of the 62^nd FCEM World Congress, held in September 2014, in Taiwan, and was awarded the Friend of Foreign Service Medal in 2015.  

She was District Governor of Rotary International D3480 in 2015-16. She enjoys volunteering for charity services. As a Rotarian for more than 28 years, she believes in Rotary motto, “service above self” and enjoys doing good in the world for the better.
